Living in Galloway, Ohio

Galloway is the west side's best-kept secret, and honestly, it's not much of a secret anymore. Tucked between Grove City, Hilliard and the west edge of Columbus, it gives you room to breathe, quick highway access, and more house for your money than many of its neighbors.

What homes cost. Over the past six months, the typical Galloway home sold for about $316,000, with most sales landing between roughly $275,000 and $385,000. You'll find established neighborhoods from the '90s and 2000s alongside brand-new construction, so first-time buyers and move-up buyers both have options.

Getting around. I-70 and I-270 are minutes away, which makes downtown Columbus, the airport and Grove City an easy drive.

Getting outside. Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park is right next door, with miles of trails, a nature center and, yes, a real bison herd.

Schools. Most of Galloway is served by South-Western City Schools, with some addresses in neighboring districts. Always confirm by address; we're happy to check any home for you.
